Short title, extent and Commencement.

(i) This Act may be called the Code of Criminal Procedure (Chhattisgarh Amendment) Act, 2005. (ii) It extends to the whole State of Chhattisgarh. (iii) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may by notification appoint.
