Definitions

Definitions. - In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,-

1. (a) "Chandulal Chandrakar Memorial Medical College" means, Medical College established in village Kachandur, District-Durg, Chhattisgarh by Chandulal Chandrakar Memorial Hospital, registered under Companies Act, 1956 (No.1 of 1956), Reg. No. 10- 11769 of 1997;
2. (b) "Government" means the Government of Chhattisgarh;
3. (c) "Notification" means a notification published in Official Gazette;
4. (d) "Prescribed" means prescribed by rules made under this Act;
5. (e) "Special Officer" means the officer appointed under sub-section
