Validation of appointment of Additional Settlement Commissioner.

All persons whose names are specified in column (3) and (4) thereof, as competent authority shall, notwithstanding the fact that their appointment as competent authority was not made in accordance with sub-clause (iii) of clause (e) of Section 2 of the Madhya Pradesh Ceiling on Agricultural Holdings Act, 1960 (No. 20 of 1960) be and shall be deemed always to have been validly appointed and continued as competent authority within the meaning of sub-clause (iii) of clause (c) of the said section on the dates on which they passed the said orders.
