The Chhattisgarh Ayurvigyan Parishad (Amendment) Adhiniyam, 2016

1. (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Ayurvigyan Parishad (Amendment) Adhiniyam, 2016.
2. (2) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

Power to amend the Schedule.-

1. (1) If the State Government is satisfied that it is necessary in public interest then it may, by notification, amend the Schedule and thereupon the Schedule shall be deemed to have been amended from the date of publication of said notification in the Official Gazette.
2. (2) Every notification issued under sub-section (1), shall be laid, as soon as may be after it is issued, before the State Legislative Assembly.
