Preliminary
- (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Auxiliary Armed Police Force Act, 2011.
- (2) It extends to the whole State of Chhattisgarh.
- (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force with retrospective effect from the fifth day of July, 2011.
