  1. (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Audyogik Nivesh Protsahan Adhiniyam, 2002 (No. 7 of 2002).
  2. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Chhattisgarh;
  3. (3) It shall come into force from a date as may be notified in the State Government Gazette.
