The Chhattisgarh Appropriation (No. 5) Act, 2017

This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Appropriation (No. 5) Act, 2017.

From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Chhattisgarh, there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column (3) of the Schedule, including the sums specified in column (3) of the Schedule of the Chhattisgarh Appropriation Act, 2017, amounting in the aggregate to the sums of Two Thousand Three Hundred Crore Sixty Three Lakhs Fifty Eight Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Five rupees towards defraying the several charges which will come in the course of payment during the financial year 2017-2018 in respect of services and purposes specified in column (2) of the Schedule.

The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Chhattisgarh by this Act, shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said financial year.
