The Chhattisgarh Appropriation (No. 3) Act, 2010

This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Appropriation Act, 2010 (No. 17 of 2010).

From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Chhattisgarh there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column (3) of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sums of Nine hundred eighty four crore fifty eight lakhs twenty three thousand three hundred rupees towards defraying the several charges which will come in the course of payment during the financial year 2010-11 in respect of services specified in column (2) of the schedule.

The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Chhattisgarh by this Act, shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said year.

1. (1) Externally aided Projects pertaining to Public Works Department: Capital Rs. 50,00,00,000, Revenue Rs. 0, Total Rs. 50,00,00,000. (79) Expenditure pertaining to Medical Education Department: Revenue Rs. 1,600, Capital Rs. 0, Total Rs. 1,600. (80) Financial assistance to Three tier Panchayati Raj Institutions: Revenue Rs. 49,44,00,000, Capital Rs. 0, Total Rs. 49,44,00,000. (81) Financial assistance to Urban bodies: Revenue Rs. 28,04,21,000, Capital Rs. 0, Total Rs. 28,04,21,000. (82) Financial assistance to Three tier Panchayati Raj Institutions under the tribal area sub-plan: Revenue Rs. 8,00,000, Capital Rs. 0, Total Rs. 8,00,000. Total Revenue Rs. 7,59,85,28,300, Capital Rs. 2,22,85,01,700, Grand Total Rs. 9,82,70,30,000 (Revenue), Rs. 1,87,93,300 (Total), Rs. 9,84,58,23,300 (Grand Total).
