4. (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Adhyaksha Tatha Upadhyaksha (Vetan Tatha Bhatta) (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2022.
5. (2) It shall Come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Amendment of Section 3 For the existing Schedule of the Chhattisgarh Adhyaksha Tatha Upadhyaksha (Vetan Tatha Bhatta) Adhiniyam, 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), the following Schedule shall be substitubed, namely:-
