The Chhattisgarh (Adhosanrachana Vikas Evam Paryavaran) Upkar (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2013

(1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh (Adhosanrachana Vikas Evam Paryavaran) Upkar (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2013. (2) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

In serial number 1 of column (2) of Schedule-I of the Chhattisgarh (Adhosanrachana Vikas Evam Paryavaran) Upkar Adhiniyam, 2005 (No. 7 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act), for the words "On land covered under coal and iron ore mining leases", the words "On land covered under coal, iron ore, lime stone, bauxite and dolomite mining leases" shall be substituted.

In serial number 1 of column (2) of Schedule-II of the Principal Act, for the words "On land covered under coal and iron ore mining leases", the words "On land covered under coal, iron ore, lime stone, bauxite and dolomite mining leases" shall be substituted.
