The Chhattisgarh Adhivakta Kalyan Nidhi (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2018

1. (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Adhivakta Kalyan Nidhi (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2018.
2. (2) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

In Section 18 of the Chhattisgarh Adhivakta Kalyan Nidhi Adhiniyam, 1982 (No. 9 of 1982), (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act), for the words " Ten Rupees and Twenty Five Rupees ", the words " Twenty-five Rupees and Fifty Rupees " shall be substituted.

Amendment of 3. In Section 19 of the principal Act,- Section 19.

1. (i) in sub-section (1), for the words "Ten Rupees", the words "Twenty-five Rupees" shall be substituted; and
2. (ii) in sub-section (2), for the words " Twenty-five Rupees ", the words "Fifty Rupees" shall be substituted.
