Amendment of Section 27

In Section 27 of the Principal Act, clause (a) shall be renumbered as clause (aa) and before clause (aa) so renumbered, the following shall be inserted, namely :-"(a) the manner of electronic transfer ofpayent of court-fee and its refund thereof;"
