This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Appropriation (No. 4) Act, 2017.

Issue of

From and out ofthe Consolidated Fund of the State ofChhattisgarh, there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column (3) of the Schedule, including the sums specified in column (3) of the Schedule of the Chhattisgarh Appropriation Act, 2017, amounting in the aggregate to the sums of Two thousand one hundred one crore fifty four lakhs seventy seven thousand one hundred rupees towards defraying the several charges which~, ill come in the course of payment during the tinancial year 20 I7-20I8 in respect of services and purposes specitied in column (2) of the Schedule.

The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out ofthe Consolidated Fund of the State of Chhanisgarh by this Act, shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said financial year.
