Powers of Director to be exercised by Chief Executive Officer

The Chief Executive Officer shall, within the limits of the notified area, exercise such powers as are conferred upon the Director under the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963 (Punjab Act 41 of 1963).
