The Court Fees (Bihar Amendment) Act, 2007 (Bihar Act, 04, 2008) is hereby repealed with effect from the date of its enactment. Provided that court fees already realized pursuant to amendment by Bihar Act, 04, 2008 shall not be refunded, Provided further that Court fees not realized shall not be recoverable By Order of the Governor of Bihar, RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA, Secretary to the Government. ————
