Definitions I- In this Act, unless any thing is repugnant to the subject or context;

(i) ‘’Act ‘’means The Bihar Technical Staff Selection Commission Act, 2014. (ii) ‘’Commission’’ means, Bihar technical Staff Selectioin Commission constituted under this Act;

1. (iii) ‘’State Government’’ means The State Government of Bihar.
2. (iv) ‘’Shedule’’ means Shedule inclosed with this Act.
