Appointment I- The Commission may select and recommend for appointment to all Technical Services/ Cadres / Posts of Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ of Grade pay less than Rupees 4800/-or corresponding Grade Pay as revised from time to time in the different Departments of State Government and Field Offices as included in the Schedule of this Act.

Selection Procedure I- (1) Commission shall select the candidates for appointment

on Technical posts according to prescribed procedure under the Service Cadre Rules of respective posts; Provided that in absence of Service Cadre Rules for any Technical post, The Commission shall select the candidates for that post according to the Prescribed Procedure in the selection rules made for this perposes by the Commission with prior permission of the State Government.

‘C’ :- The Selection works shall be completed by the Bihar Technical staff Selection Commission for the appointment to all such Technical posts as included in the schedule of this Act, in respect of which the advertisement has not been issued or published by the Bihar Staff Selection Commission till the date of commencement of this Act : Provided that the Selection work shall be completed by the Bihar Staff Selection Commission for appointment to such all Technical posts as included in the Schedule of this Act, in respect of which the advertisement has been issued or published by the Bihar Staff Selection Commission till the date of enforcement of this Act .
