Amendment in section - 3 of Bihar Act 23 of 1976

The following one new clause (L) shall be added after clause (k) of sub-section (1) of section-3 of Bihar Act- 23, 1976. "(L) Munger University may be established by division of Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur from the date notified in the Official Gazette by the State Government, by notification, headquarters of which will be at Munger and the territorial jurisdiction of which will be effective in the whole of Munger Division.
