Amendment in Section 6

Amendment in Section 6. A new sub-section

1. (3) shall be added in Section 6 of the existing Act. Notwithstanding the tenure prescribed in the section 6 (1), the State Government shall have the power to dissolve the Board any time if it is satisfied that the dissolution is in the larger public interest to make the functioning of the Board consistent with the aim and object of the Act.
