(1) The Authority may, from time to time constitute such committee or committees consisting of such members for performing such of its functions as may be provided by the regulations. (2) The Authority shall invite such persons from the fields of banking, commerce, industry, environment, law, technology and the like or a person nominated by the Government from time to time, to assist the Authority in carrying out its functions under this Act.
