The Bihar State Infrastructure Development Enabling (Amendment) Act, 2023

Short title, extent and commencement.—

1. (1) This Act may be called the Bihar State Infrastructure Development (Amendment) Act, 2023
2. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.
3. (3) It shall come in to force with immediate effect.

Amendment in Schedule-V

(ii)

1. (a) of the Bihar State Infrastructure Development Enabling Act, 2006.- The Shedule V (ii)
2. (a) of the said Act shall be substituted by the following :- "Government owned land would be provided at concessional lease charges for projects where ownership would revert to the Government, within the period fixed by

Infrastructure Development Authority from the date of grant of land"
