  26. 26. Power to make the Statutes
  27. 27. Statutes, how to be made
  28. 28. Regulation
  29. 29. Annual Report
  30. 30. Annual Accounts and Audit
  31. 31. Funds of the University
  32. 32. University.
  33. 33. Condition of Service of Employees, etc
  34. 34. Right to Appeal
  35. 35. Institution or Study Centre, as the case may be, and thereupon, the Chancellor may confirm, modify or reverse the decision appealed against.
