Short title, extent and commencement - (1) This Act may be called "The

Bihar Special Courts (amendment) Act, 2022."

1. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.
2. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 26th day of July, 2018.
