Short Title, extent and commencement.—

  1. (1) This Act may be called "The Bihar Reservation of Vacancies in posts and services (for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes) (Amendment)Act, 2023".
  2. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Bihar.
  3. (3) It shall come into force with immediate effect.
