- (1) This Act may be called the Bihar Prohibition and Excise(Amendment and Validation) Act, 2020
- (2) It shall extend to whole of the State of Bihar.
- (3) It shall deemed to have come into force from the date of commencement of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 i.e. from 02.10.2016
