Short title, extent and commencement.

- (1) This Act may be called the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2022.
- (2) It shall extend to the whole State of Bihar.
- (3) It shall come into force at once and the provision of this Amendment Act shall apply to all pending cases.
