Amendment of section-13 of the Bihar Act 11, 2007.

Proviso to Section-13 of the said

Act, 2007 shall be substituted by the following:-

“Provided that notwithstanding any thing contained in any other provision of this Act, until the relevant figures for the census of the year 2021 are published, it shall not be necessary for the State Government to re-determine the number of wards on the basis of population of the municipal area ascertained at 2011 Census.”
