Amendment of section 69

Sub-clause (i) of section-69 (2) (b) of the said Act shall be substituted by the following:-

1. (i) "The Divisional Commissioner of the Division having territorial jurisdiction over the concerned Municipality, shall be the chairperson of the Committee."
