  1. (1) These Act may be called the Bihar Motor Vehicle Taxation (Amendment) Act. 2019.
  2. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.
  3. (3) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Bihar official Gazette.
