- (1) This order may be called the Bihar Motor Spirit and High Speed Diesel Oil Dealers Licencing (amendment) Order, 2016.
- (2) It shall extend to the whole of state of Bihar.
- (3) It shall come into force on the date of its final publication in the Bihar Gazette.
