Appointment of members of staff of Board and conditions of their service

(1) The Board may appoint such members of staff as may be necessary for the efficient performance of its functions. (2) The conditions of appointment and service and the scales of pay of the officers and servants of the Board shall be such as may be provided for in the regulations.
