Short title, extension and commencement .—(1) This Act may be called The Bihar Government Premises (Allotment, Rent, Recovery and Eviction) (Amendment) Act 2008.

  1. (2) It shall extend to whole of the State of Bihar.
  2. (3) It shall come into force at once.
