This Act makes changes to Bihar's tax laws for the year, including the Bihar Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1994. For example, a woman who registers a three-wheeler, taxi or cab as a commercial vehicle and pays full tax because she lacks a professional driving licence can claim a refund once she obtains one. The Act also amends other provisions of the State's tax laws.
