Repeal and Savings :-

1. (1) The Bihar Elementary School Education Committee Act. 2011 (Bihar Act 12, 2011) is hearby repealed.
2. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, the functions discharged under the said the Act will be treated valid and will not questioned on the basis of repeal of the Act. By Order of the Governor of Bihar, Jitendra Kumar, Special Secretary to the Government.
