1. Short title and commencement

- (1) This Act may be called the Bihar Contingency Fund (Amendment) Act, 2015.
- (2) It shall come into force at once.
2. Amendment in section 4A in the Bihar contingency fund (Amendment) Act, 2012 (Bihar Act 13, 2012)
Statutory text
In section 4A the word "3 (Three) percent" shall be substituted by word "4
- (Four) percent" in the Bihar Contingency Fund (Amendment) Act, 2012 (Bihar Act 13, 2012).
