fcgkj&jkT;iky fcgkj&jkT;iky dsds vkns'kvkns'k ls]ls] eukst eukst dqekj]dqekj] ljdkj ds la;qDr lfpoA Bihar Agricultural University (Repeal) Act 2016 [Bihar Act, 14, 2016] AN ACT To repeal the Bihar Agricultural University Act, 1987 (Bihar Act, 8, 1988).

Be it enacted by the legislature of the state of Bihar in the sixty seventh year of the Republic of India as follows:-

गजट (अस ध ण), 17 अग 2016 3

1. (1) This Act may be called the Bihar Agricultural University (Repeal) Act 2016.
2. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.
3. (3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official gazette.

and Statutes made there under, are hereby repealed.

1. (ii) Notwithstanding such repeal, any action under the said Act, Rules of statutes or decision shall be deemed to be valid and shall not be questioned on the ground of repeal of the said Act.
2. (iii) All matters related to Rajendra Agricultural University shall be governed by the provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed between the Government of Bihar and Government of India for the purpose of conversion of Rajendra Agricultural University into a Central Agricultural University.
