Bihar Agricultural Land (Conversion for Non-Agricultural Purposes) (Repeal) Act, 2026

Short title and commencement.—

1. (1) This Act may be called the "Bihar Agricultural Land (Conversion for Non-Agricultural Purposes) (Repeal) Act, 2026".
2. (2) It shall come into force the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Repeal and Saving.—

1. (1) Bihar Agricultural Land (Conversion for Non-Agricultural Purposes) Act, 2010 (Bihar Act 11, 2010) is hereby repealed. Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Act shall be deemed to be done under the Bihar Agricultural Land (Conversion for Non-Agricultural Purposes) Act, 2010 and validity of anything done or any action taken shall not be questioned due repeal of the Bihar Agricultural Land (Conversion for Non-Agricultural Purposes) Act, 2010.
2. (2) Bihar Agricultural Land (Conversion for Non-Agricultural Purposes) (Repeal) Ordinance, 2026 (Bihar Ordinance No.- 04, 2026) is hereby repealed Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken in exercise of any power conferred by or under said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken in exercise of the power conferred by or under this Act as if this Act were in force on the days on which such thing was done or action taken.
