This Act amends the Bihar Advocates' Welfare Fund Act, 1983. It defines a "Bar Association" as an association of advocates working in any court, tribunal or authority that is affiliated and registered with the Bihar State Bar Council. It also provides for the service conditions of employees of the fund's Trustee Committee and makes related changes.
