Vacancy not to Invalidate proceedings. 32. No act done, or proceeding taken, under this Act by any authority or other body of the University shall be invalid merely on the ground of any,-

1. (a) vacancy or defect in the constitution of the authority or body;
2. (b) defect or irregularity in election, nomination or appointment of a person acting as a member thereof; or
3. (c) defect or irregularity in such act or proceeding, not affecting the merits of the case
