Constitution of the Executive Committee

The Executive Committee shall consist of the following members, namely:-

1. (i) Senior-most Secretary, Department of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of Assam (Chairperson);
2. (ii) Chief Executive Officer;
3. (iii) Secretary or his representative from the Finance Department (not below the rank of Secretary);
4. (iv) Secretary or his representative from the Department of Revenue and Disaster Management (not below the rank of Secretary);
5. (v) Secretary or his representative from the Department of Industries and Commerce (not below the rank of Secretary);
6. (vi) Secretary or his representative from the Department of Transformation and Development (not below the rank of Secretary);
7. (vii) Representative from the Directorate of Town and Country Planning, Assam;
8. (viii) Town Planner, GMDA;
9. (ix) Any other members as may be required for the purpose of the provisions of the Act.
