(1) Thls Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 2014. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Arunachal Pradesh. (3) It shall come into force on such date, as the State Government by notification, in the Official Gazette appoint.
