Amendment of section 12

In the principal Act, in section 12, for the existing entries in clauses (a), (b), (c), (d), and (e), the following shall be substituted: "(a) The Visitor; (b) The Chancellor; (c) The Vice-Chancellor; (d) The Registrar; (e) The Finance Officer; and (f) such other officers as may be declared by the statutes to be officers of the university."
