It will be open to the Vice-Chancellor to suspend the Finance Officer during enquiry depending upon the seriousness of the charges as he may deem fit.

Other Officers The manner of appointment, terms and conditions of service and powers and duties of the other officers of the University shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes, Rules and Regulations. However, Direct and indirect employment opportunities will be generated in the state with the establishment of the university. For example, the presence of well-developed center such a large number of people would lead to creation of Administrative jobs, courier, travel and residential services, in and around the campus ; The employment generation would be in the following manners :-

1. (A) IV grade employees 50 % reservation for local people
2. (B) III grade employees 40% reservation for local people
3. (C) II grade employees 20% reservation for local people
4. (D) Faculty Staff Open at international level
