Amendment of the Arunachal University Act, 1984

In the Arunachal University Act, 1984, in clause 15 of the Second Schedule, for the existing sub-clause (7), the following sub-clause shall be substituted, namely — "(7) The Selection Committee for the posts of Registrar and the Finance Officer shall consist of Vice-Chancellor, a nominee of the Chancellor and one person not in the service of the University, nominated by the Vice-Chancllor out of a panel of names recommended by the Executive Council".
