Statutory text
Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act; all rules, orders, notifications, scheme, bye-laws, regulatron, circular, ofiice rnemoranda issued by the State Govemment in pursuance oftheArunachal Pradesh and other lnstitutions of Higher Education (Establishment and Regulations)Act, 2010 (No. 6 of 2010) shall mutatis mutandis apply to the University until the same is supeEeded by the State Government.
