Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Arunachal Pradesh in the Twenty-ninth Year of the Republic of India as follows:Short title, extent and commencement.

- (1) This Act may be called the Societies Registration (Extension to Arunachal Pradesh) Act, 1978.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the Union territory of Arunachal Pradesh.
- (3) It shall come into force at once.
