Amendment of Section 2 of the Arunachal Pradesh Salary, Allowances and Pension of Members of the Legislative Assembly Act, 1983

In Section 2 of the Arunachal Pradesh Salary, Allowances and Pension of Members of the Legislative Assembly Act, 1983,-

1. (1) in sub-clause
   • (i) of clause (h), the last word "and" shall be omitted.
2. (2) in sub-clause
   • (ii) of clause (h), after the figure 1983, the word "and" shall be inserted.
3. (3) after sub-clause
   • (ii) of clause (h), the following sub-clause shall be inserted, namely:- "(iii) the Leader of Opposition."
