Amendment of section 217 of Central Act 59 of 1988

Amendment of section 217 of Central Act 59 of 1988. In section 217 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act),—

1. (a) in sub-section (1), for the figures, words and letters "31st day of March, 1989", the figures, words and letters "31st day of March, 1990" shall be substituted;
2. (b) in sub-section (2), for the figures, words and letters "31st day of March, 1989", the figures, words and letters "31st day of March, 1990" shall be substituted.
