  1. (1) The Executive Committee shall be the Chief The Executive body of the University. Executive
  2. (2) Subject to the powers and functions of the Gommitse; Chancellor, the administration, management and control of the University and tfie income thereof shall be vested with the Executive Committee which shall control and administer the property and funds of the University.
