Amendment of Section 10

In the principal Act, for the existing entries in clauses (i), (ii), (iii), (iv), (v), (vi), (vii), (viii) and (ix) of section 10, the following shall be substituted :- (i) The Visitor, (ii) The Chancellor, (iii) The Vice-chancellor, (iv) The Pro-Vice-chancellor, (v) The Provost, (vi) The Proctor, (vii) The Dean of Faculties, (viii) The Registrar, (ix) The Chlef Finance and Accounts Officer, and (x) Such other officers as may be declared by the statutes to be officers of the University.
